Moving

Please use one of the following methods to notify us of an address change.

There are several different ways you can notify us or your insurance carrier that you are moving. If you are moving, please use one of the following methods to notify us of your move:

Notify your Insurance Company Directly.

You can call your insurance company directly or mark the new address on your bill and the insurance company will make the change.

Contact a Customer Service Representative via online chat.

Via Fax.

Fax in a change. The fax must include include your name, policy #, old address, new address, and the named insured's signature. Please fax these requests to 916-388-2077.

Via Mail.

Mail a change of address in to Cost-U-Less Insurance's Customer Service Department. The address is:

This request must include the name of the insured, the policy#, the old address, new address, and the named insured's signature.

Visit your local office and fill out a change of address form.
